This Chaos Canyon tier list ranks classic BrickBattle gears for two goals: finishing four KOs during The Hunt: Roblox 20, and winning open fights on the reopened official map (place 14403). Tiers assume public servers with mixed skill, R15 avatars, and the standard gear set — Rocket Launcher, Linked Sword, Superball, Slingshot, Bomb/Timebomb, Trowel, and Paintball Gun.

Criteria weight KO speed, forgiveness, and map control. A weapon that farms AFK players but loses every duel still drops a tier. For animation-level tips, open the weapon guide. For routes that create free picks, use the map guide and four KOs guide.

S tier — primary KO tools

Rocket Launcher

Best all-rounder for Hunt progress. Splash finishes low HP targets across Battle Cube roofs, Sky Bridge, and Desolation Valley sightlines. Rocket jumps open vertical angles that sword users cannot contest. Save rockets for commits; spam into empty air wastes the magazine when you need a fourth KO before logout.

Linked Sword

Highest close-range consistency. Lunge timing wins stairwells in Endless Stairs, interiors in Complex, and crowded Sadwater Village alleys. Combine sword pressure with a rocket finisher when enemies retreat to high ground. If you only master one melee habit, master the lunge cancel into chase.

A tier — strong with a plan

Superball

Air control, knockback, and mid-range chip. Excellent on Sky Bridge and Battle Cube edges where a single bounce deletes footing. Harder for brand-new players than rocket or sword, but devastating once you predict movement. Pair with sword for the touch-up kill.

Bomb / Timebomb

Area denial and camp breaks. Toss into Ruins corners, Complex doorways, or bridge choke points, then sword the survivors. Timebombs punish players hiding for Battle Armor pickups. Mis-throws blow up your own chase — practice fuse timing in empty servers before Hunt peak hours.

B tier — situational value

Slingshot

Safe poke and finish on fleeing targets. Good when you are one hit away from a KO and cannot risk sword range. Loses pure duels against confident rocketeers. Keep it ready after a rocket softens someone on long sightlines over Desolation Valley.

Trowel

Builds instant walls for cover, bridge blocks, and rocket-jump platforms. Rarely gets the KO credit alone, but walls win fights on Sky Bridge and create unfair angles in Sadwater Village. During Hunt, use Trowel to survive third parties so you keep your KO streak alive.

C tier — niche or slow

Paintball Gun

Marks targets and adds chip, yet time-to-kill is weak when the lobby is sweaty for Crest farming. Fine for harassment or finishing already-rocketed players. Do not main Paintball if you still need multiple KOs before the September 28, 2026 Hunt deadline.

Hunt four-KO loadout advice

1. Spawn, grab rocket + sword as defaults.
2. Rotate high-traffic nodes: Battle Cube, Sky Bridge, Ruins (+100 Battle Armor), Complex.
3. Avoid endless third-party piles in Desolation Valley until you only need one more KO.
4. Track kills with the tools checklist so you leave the second you hit four.
5. If the server is dead, hop — Crest credit needs real player KOs, not training dummies.

Classic freeplay vs Hunt ranking shifts

In casual BrickBattle, Superball and creative Trowel play climb because fights last longer. During Hunt week, Rocket + Sword dominate because every second matters and lobbies fill with Crest farmers. Paintball rises only in stacks where everyone is already low from constant splash.
